OUR PERSONNEL
Gayle Juhl, President and CEO of Metro Inspections, is an experienced
executive in the merchant credit card processing industry. With more than 29 years
experience (most recently with Chase Paymentech Solutions), Gayle has extensive
expertise in payment processing and merchant services, allowing her a unique perspective.
She is especially attuned to the specialized needs, internal controls and
risks of financial institutions that cater to individual merchants and borrowers. Gayle
interfaces directly with Metro clientele and designs customized solutions to meet any
inspection needs.
Jim Juhl, Vice President and COO of Metro Inspections, has owned and
operated Metro Inspections since its inception in 1991. His broad experience in merchant,
property and facility inspections over several years gives him an eye for cutting-
edge procedures and technologies along with the acumen to hone the services
Metro Inspections provides. Jim also carries numerous ICBO certifications, and with
30-plus years hands-on experience in the construction industry he has earned great
respect of clientele, inspectors, builders and borrowers alike. Jim ensures smooth,
seamless operations through on-site management and continual assessment and
improvement of Metro processes.
Julie Morgan,Customer Service Manager, facilitates the relationships
between Metro and its team of internal and field personnel, through active oversight
and management of our customer service function. Julie is also responsible for hiring,
training and retaining personnel to assure that our clients receive the quality
service they have come to rely upon.
